Properly applied extensions by a qualified technician should not permanently damage natural lashes. Damage occurs with excessive weight, poor isolation, incorrect glue or picking. We assess lash strength, recommend appropriate styles, and provide aftercare to minimise stress and promote natural lash health.
Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and avoid oil-based products for 24 hours. Bring contact lens case if you wear lenses. Expect a consultation, style selection and a 60–120 minute appointment depending on service. Inform us of allergies or recent eye procedures.
A fill appointment includes lash health assessment, removal of grown-out or misplaced extensions, targeted replacement of lost lashes, blending for an even finish, and final styling. Your technician will advise on timing and at-home care to maximise retention between appointments.
Yes—lash tints pair well with lash lifts to deepen natural lash colour, and tints can be done before or after a lift. With extensions, tinting is limited; we can tint natural lashes prior to a full set or tint after natural-lash treatments only.
