Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Eyebrow Wax.

Most clients see smooth, defined brows for about 3 to 6 weeks. Regrowth varies by individual hair cycle, hormones, and skin type. We recommend scheduling touch-ups every 4–6 weeks to maintain shape and symmetry.

Discomfort is usually mild and brief. Our technicians use precise techniques, provide pre-wax cleansing, and apply calming ointment or cool compresses afterward. Communicate your sensitivity and we'll adapt the approach for a more comfortable treatment.

Arrive with clean, makeup-free brows and avoid exfoliating or using retinoids for 48 hours. If possible, let hair grow for at least two weeks. Mention medications or skin conditions so we can tailor care accordingly.

You should wait until the area is fully healed before waxing. For microblading, wait at least four weeks after the session and follow your artist's guidance. Contact us if you have recent permanent makeup for personalized timing and care.

Most sessions take 15 to 30 minutes, including consultation, shaping, waxing, and finishing touches. Timing varies by desired detail and any corrective shaping. We allow extra time for first-time clients and those needing bespoke shaping.

Contraindications include active sunburn, open wounds, recent chemical peels, Accutane use within six months, or certain skin conditions. Inform us about medications, pregnancy, or sensitivities so we can recommend a safe alternative or timing.
